We have an exciting opportunity currently available at the Lincoln College Group. Reporting to the Estates & Facilities Department Operations Officer, the Hygiene Services Supervisor has overall responsibility for organising and managing all internal cleaning, external cleaning and waste management services across all UK sites, ensuring the teams are motivated, engaged and compliant with legislation, Service Level Agreements (SLA), KPIs and good (recognisable) industry practice standards.

This post is based in Lincoln, however applicants will be expected to work between this site and our other sites in Newark & Gainsborough. Please note that it is an essential requirement of this post that applicants hold a full, clean UK drivers licence due to the nature of the work of providing logistic support, including the transportation of products and relocation of consumables.
