Your new company
Your new company is an established civil engineering specialist and are specialists in delivering a comprehensive groundwork service to residential and commercial contractors across Norfolk.

Your new role
They are looking to appoint a Ganger who will be responsible for coordinating and supervising work within their team, ensuring that all work is carried out safely to programme. This involves briefing method statements to the team, carrying out checks on plant and equipment and ensuring team is in place.

What you'll need to succeed
Groundwork trade background. This is essential particularly within the civil engineering industry.
A relevant qualification route is desirable, but a background within the trade is essential
SSSTS
Keen eye for detail.
Ability to undertake all other ad-hoc duties is required, supporting senior management.
Ability to undertake and negotiate and liaise across a range of clients, colleagues and senior management.
