RESOURCING SPECIALIST 6 MONTH FTC

REED Human Resources are excited to be working with an organisation based in the Centre of Bristol who are seeking a Resourcing Specialist on an Interim basis for a period of 6 Months. Reporting to the Resourcing Manager and working as part of a wider and close knit team the successful professional will be responsible for the provision of a high quality, innovative advice and solutions service ensuring the organisation find, appoint and retain the right people.
Duties and responsibilities consist of:
• Working with the wider HR team, customers and partners, making a significant contribution to the review of the organisations approach to Resourcing.
• Be instrumental in leading the changes agreed alongside the Resourcing Manger
• Provide high quality recruitment advice to all stakeholders
• Challenge decisions where necessary, ensure a fair and transparent recruitment service meeting the needs of both candidates and managers
• Utilize technological solutions to attract and retain the right people
• In partnership with budget holders and recruiters, ensure that all recruitment is within budget.
• Supervisory support for the Resourcing Administrator
• Oversee projects designed by the Resourcing Manager
• Assist the Resourcing Manager in the analysis of data in order to improve workforce resilience
The ideal professional will:
• Hold excellent, interpersonal, presentation and communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Strong customer focus with the ability to build effective working relationships, both internally and externally
• Strong influencing and negotiating skills
• Ability to prioritise and manage workload effectively
• Be resilient and able to work within a changing environment.
