Mechanical/Aeronautical Lecturer in Engineering. Full Time. Permanent.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a position within the Engineering and Technology department for a lecturer in Mechanical and Aeronautical Engineering. As a popular and fast growing area, you will work as part of an excellent team to help further develop the Aeronautical and Mechanical Engineering provision.
As a specialist Mechanical Engineer with Aeronautical experience or Knowledge, qualified to degree level or equivalent, you will have the experience and knowledge to help guide and shape the curriculum as we move forward into our planned new Aeronautical Engineering building. Teaching across a variety of engineering pathways you should be able to demonstrate the ability to deliver subjects up to level 4/5. Ability to teach one of the following subjects, CAD, Pneumatics & Hydraulics or CNC would also be an advantage.
As part of the Taking Teaching Further project, we welcome applicants direct from industry and funding for a teacher training qualification is available for those candidates.
