Finance Assistant
Cambridge
£19,500 per annum
Our client is a charitable housing association which provides services to customers in Cambridge and the surrounding areas. They currently have around 1,400 homes under management and a turnover of nearly £8m a year.
They are looking for a permanent Finance Assistant, to support the business, demonstrating a high level of autonomy and meticulous organisational skills.
Working up to 37 hours per week, the successful candidate is expected to have a high level of numeracy and accuracy in dealing with financial data and information, effective customer facing skills in dealing with a variety of enquiries and good IT skills including the ability to operate accounting systems, spreadsheets and word processing applications.
Excellent communication and active listening skills, with proficiency in written and spoken English, is essential. They will be proactive, able to use their own initiative and work effectively with others. Our client can offer support for personal development.
