£40,605.45 per annum

Work.Live.Leicestershire (WiLL) is a £2.4m programme funded by the Big Lottery Fund and European Social Fund working with people who are economically inactive and unemployed living in rural Leicestershire.

WiLL helps people to improve their health and wellbeing, gain skills and work experience, and have improved confidence, motivation and social engagement, that enables them to move into job search, training, or employment.

The programme is a partnership of 8 organisations from Leicester with Vista leading the programme. The programme runs from January 2019 - June 2020.

Vista are seeking an experienced Programme Lead who will be responsible for overall delivery of the WiLL, reviewing progress against overall and individual partner’s plans, activities, outcomes and targets, providing strategic direction to partners in relation to delivery and priorities and ensuring the programme is successful.

Essential skills:

• Experience in managing large projects and contracts
• Of working with multiple organisations of different sizes
• Experience in managing staff teams.
• Of meeting targets.
• Experience of working with adults from a range of backgrounds
• IT experience, including MS Office applications, and email/internet

This is a fixed term post until June 2020, we would ideally like the successful candidate to join us ready for the beginning of the project in January 2019.

Flexible working arrangements would be considered for the right candidate.
