Job Title: Customer Support

Location: Whiteparish (near Salisbury)

Salary: Competitive

Job Type: Full Time, Permanent (8:30am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday)

The Company:

The company is a market-leading UK electronics company based at Whiteparish, near Salisbury. As part of our busy Sales team you will be a helpful and friendly point of contact for new and existing customers, while working with the rest of the business to make sure customer needs are met.

Job Role:

Main Duties

  • First point of contact for customers, dealing with their sales enquiries
  • Order processing and administration onto computerised systems
  • Work with internal teams to meet customer requirements
  • Support the sales team to continue growth of the business

Helpful Attributes

  • Organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Good numeracy and IT skills
  • Ability to work actively within a team, with minimum supervision
  • Willingness to learn and develop
