Are you a Contracts Manager who has previous experience in the bidding process for Motion, Drive and PLC Technical Solutions?
Allstaff Recruitment have the pleasure of working with a global organisation in their search for an experienced Contracts Manager.
The role is being offered on a full time 6 month fixed term contract.
As the Contracts Manager, your duties will include:
* Providing Commercial Leadership for the Customer Support and Maintenance Renewable Contracts Business
* Owning the operational delivery of contracts across the region
* Promoting customer satisfaction
* Maximising pull through revenue within contracts
* Driving CSM Contracts performance via CSM country managers and end user sales teams
* Ensuring sales competency among the CSM and sales organisations
* Ensuring accuracy of sales forecasting and alignment with CSM country managers
* Driving contract development and expansion
* Participating in development of the CSM strategic plan
* Taking responsibility for coaching, development and succession
* Negotiating long term partnership agreements with customers, suppliers and partners
* Coordinating and supporting other company-wide technology marketing efforts
* Identifying development needs
