Due to continued growth and a desire to be the best at what they do our client is looking for a HR Assistant / Trainer.
This is developing role that would suit someone with a keen interest in continuance improvement from a HR perspective.
The Company has several departments with line managers who need training in the basics of HR. The role would be to create training programmes, internal processes and policies and then role this out to the line managers to ensure a consistent management approach across the business.
Duties to include:
* Establishing best practise models
* Training management staff to ensure consistent knowledge and practises across absence management, performance, employee relations, grievances and disciplinaries
* Implementing the training and development agenda; identify areas that need attention and improvement
* Managing talent and succession planning
* Ensuring all company policies and procedures are up to date and in line with current employment law and ensuring line managers are up to date with any change in policy
* Carrying out Class room environment meetings
* Evaluating occupational personality questionnaires
* Being an ambassador for change
The ideal candidate will ideal have:
* CIPD Qualification or similar
* An in-depth understanding of disciplinary procedures
* Coaching or training background
* Strong personality
* Have a keen interest in learning and understand cultures
The package: 22-24K
Pension
Hours: 8-5pm
Location: outskirts of Nottingham (on a train / bus / tram stop)
