We offer the opportunity to work, of course:

Find innovative ways to manage our end to end in-house payroll for approx 800 colleagues using CoreHR. You will thrive on making processes more efficient and scalable, working to deliver the highest level of service.

Proactively manage compliance, ensuring that risk assessment and control frameworks are in place to ensure that payroll is run effectively and efficiently.

Own all cyclical processes (pay, benchmarking, benefits) and coordinate these effectively, continuously evolving and improving.

Collaborate with HR to deliver a seamless payroll service and optimise the benefits offering for our colleagues through supporting the lifecycle management of our benefit suppliers and creating effective partnerships with reward and benefit suppliers to ensure that we're creating and realising maximum value.

You'll make sure that pay at Bruntwood is externally competitive and internally equitable by providing robust data to show any gaps and by influencing at all levels to support our culture.

You will provide analytical insight and knowledge, using data to help support thinking. You will see things from a fresh perspective and look at going beyond the obvious.

Support the wider team in driving colleague initiatives around reward and benefits. We'd love for you to bring your expertise to help strengthen our culture and differentiate and optimise our colleague experience.

Who are we looking for?

A credible expert when it comes to payroll and benefits admin. You will have a good knowledge of accounting principles and have an in depth knowledge and experience of payroll calculation and processing.

You will be a systems expert with knowledge of payroll platforms - it would be a huge advantage if you were able to navigate your way around CoreHR. Comfortable with numbers, you will have advanced skills in MS Office in Excel/Google sheets.

Relentlessly and passionately customer focused - the desire to provide a brilliant service is paramount to you.

You'll be an excellent problem solver; as a logical thinker, you can think practically when challenges arise. You're proactive in anticipating issues and challenges, and you seek to create options for potential solutions and mitigate risks.

Ability to think big and systemically, with a bias to action and extraordinary attention to detail.

Team player with extraordinary communication skills, high tolerance for ambiguity and a rapidly changing environment.

Work well across boundaries; collaboration is key in our environment of autonomous teams. You'll be able to effectively engage with cross-functional team and will have exceptional listening, communication and influencing skills.
