Senior Sous Chef - Award Winning Hotel & Restaurant - Role Responsibility

As senior sous chef you will be passionate and ambitious about working with freshest seasonal ingredients and report to the Head Chef as well as being responsible for the kitchen in his absence. You will be a natural leader with an extremely strong background:

• Be preparing and serving exceptional food from fresh ingredients- Michelin standard
• Have superb attention to detail
• Be a great leader in the kitchen and motivational

Senior Sous Chef - Award Winning Hotel & Restaurant - The Ideal Candidate

The Ideal Candidate:

• At least 2 years experience working as a senior chef within a fresh food, high quality environment
• Michelin experience at least junior sous level
• Comfortable motivating a team to deliver the highest quality
• High levels of personal motivation, keen to progress and develop
• Well-presented, articulate and enthusiastic
• Passionate about high-quality food and committed to great standards
• Understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures
• Excellent record of kitchen and staff management
• Accuracy and speed in handling emergency situations and providing solutions
