Location: West Malling
Salary: £20,000 - £24,000
Hours: Monday to Friday 08:00 - 17:00 or 09:00 - 18:00.

We are currently recruiting for a brand champion to drive the success of two large insurance brands for a market-leading and forward thinking organisation. As an Aggregator Brand Team Leader, you will take control of the overall strategic view of these brands and support the channel specialists to implement the marketing plans. As a forward thinking professional, you would be required to develop both short-term and long-term marketing plans with the aim to maintain and increase sales, brand awareness and customer loyalty; whilst maximising ROI and exceeding KPI's.

What experience is required?

The successful candidate will have strong brand management experience in a commercial setting, have the ability to lead and inspire others and will be forward-thinking. You will also have 5* communication skills, be highly numerate and literate and have excellent analytical skills.
