They have an exciting opportunity for a Sterilisation Engineer (Microbiologist) within the Quality Team, where you will be responsible for the Co-ordination and drive of the sterilisation, biocompatibility and environmental monitoring programs onsite to ensure compliance with international standards
Our client is looking for someone who has a background in Quality assurance/sterilisation/validation preferably from a Medical Device/Pharmaceutical environment, Engineering or science degree, qualification in microbiology is preferable.
In this role you will Serve as technical expert in the EtO sterilization methodology and be responsible for co-ordination and control of sterilisation, biocompatibility of products and materials and environmental monitoring (including all cleanrooms)
Your responsibilities will also include but are not limited to:
- Providing leadership role on championing departmental or cross-functional engineering initiatives in providing sterilization assurance and engineering support to manufacturing operations.
- Providing support in the release of sterile product
- Sterilisation and cleanroom Validations.
- Product adoptions to the sterile cycle
- Ensure and manage continuous improvement and compliance projects, stemming from trend analysis or customer reports. This will mainly relate to sterilisation validation standards and biocompatibility standards
