Product Development Coordinator

Do you have a Bachelor degree ideally with a technical major, such as Electronics and Electrical engineering & 2+ years hand on experience of managing electronics-based products from concept, development and launch?
Have proven product and service support experience handling product related issues and queries as well as exposure to electronics hardware and software project management of product releases?

This highly professional & extremely friendly organisation is currently seeking to recruit a new Product Development Coordinator reporting to the product development manager and carry out the following duties:-
Provide electronics-based products and associated service support to customer facing teams by troubleshooting issues and working directly with vendors to investigate, troubleshoot and resolve identified problems.
Coordinate and support department projects and the effort of projects' team members in order to deliver large projects to agreed timescales.
The candidate will be involved in supporting the daily upkeep of the product department's tasks and scheduled/planned work.
Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved and become the go to initial point of contact for product related issues and queries.
Manage the accuracy and distribution of product and service related information, including documentation of correct product specifications on marketing material, prepare and deliver product training.
Interaction with external customers.
If you have proven ability in communicating the technology requirements with senior product engineers and developers & have c 2 years hand on experience of managing electronics-based products from concept, development and launch then our client would like to hear from you. Ideally you will have a Bachelor degree with a technical major, such as Electronics and Electrical engineering plus 2+ years hand on experience of managing electronics-based products from concept, development and launch. Clear, effective communication skills with non-technical departments will also be required for this role as well as a natural interest in electronics-based products & a desire to stay abreast of new technologies and the ability to understand client's technical requirements when described by using everyday language.
