Building Surveyor - Gateshead
Salary: GBP32,000 -GBP39,000
Summary:
A fantastic opportunity has become available for an experienced building surveyor Working for a small multi-disciplinary practice in the north east they are looking for a candidate to carry out project work within the social housing and public sector as well as residential based work you will be involved in all aspects of cost and planning and value management leading all projects form inspection to completion and producing detailed reports.
Key Duties:
* Project Management
* Allocating work to subcontractors
* Valuing completed work and arranging payments
* Reactive works
* Liaising with customers and contractors
* Contract administration
About You:
As a Building Surveyor, you will have:
Ideally you will be an experienced Building surveyor who is AssocRICS and able to demonstrate strong project management experience within the public and residential sectors at all levels you will work well with contractors and be professionally focused when working with clients. Further to this you will have a proven track record in analysing outcomes and producing detailed reports whilst helping to develop the overall success of the business.
