P&M RESOURCES LTD recruitment firms established in 2013 . Due to our rapid growth, we are looking for an Account Manager / Resourcer to work in our Manchester Branch.
As a Resoucer, it will be your job to support and look after client requirments.
This includes candidate name gathering, interviewing, candidate management, placing candidates in to companies, database maintenance and ensuring quality assurance compliance.
Typically, you'll be carrying out these types of duties every day:
* Source and select candidates
* Network and advertise to potential candidates
* Identify skills to match appropriately with vacancies
* Negotiate contracts and new starter packs
* Place Candidates into companies
* Deal with general queries relating to contracts, pay, logistics etc
* Right to work checks, compliance
