About the role:
There is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and articulate Bid Writer / Bid Coordinator / Preconstruction Coordinator to join our Distribution and Transmission division providing structured and detailed tenders for projects across the UK.
This role would suit a candidate with a minimum of 2-3 years bid writing or tender submissions experience who would be interested in joining a growing division within a succesful specialist civils contractor who are looking to grow increasingly over the next 2 - 3 years.
Roles and Responsibilities:
* Receive enquiry documentation from various webportals and store in central library
* Manage and update tender activity programme to ensure deadlines are achieved
* Produce written content within tender submission documents
* Produce weekly and monthly reports related to tendering activity
* Arrange and coordinate opportunity review and tender approval meetings
* Liaise with other departments within Keltbray
The ideal candidate will have an ability to produce outstanding written material to be included in tender submissions, showcasing our market leading ability to deliver services to our clients. Ideally the candidate will have experience within the utility industry however this is not essential we will consider applications from various backgrounds within construction.
