Job Purpose
This is a varied role where you will be organising our maintenance operatives diaries on a day to day basis making sure that all maintenance and repair jobs are booked in for the appropriate engineer and allocated the right amount of time. You will be responding to reactive call outs or planning of preventative maintenance visits, scheduling the works to the engineers, ensuring relevant access requirements / security is adhered too, escalate outstanding jobs and follow tasks through to completion.
You will use our scheduling software Opti-time to oversee our operatives working day and move around jobs as and when emergencies need to be booked in or when extra time is needed. You will take on responsibility for the diaries of a number of operatives and sub-contractors making sure all jobs are closed down on the system once completed. You will also liaise closely with our call centre team and residents, agreeing appointment times when scheduling in works.
If youre looking for a full time rewarding opportunity where no two days are the same, then a role as a Scheduler within Rydons Contact Centre could be for you.

It is also highly desirable that the successful candidate can demonstrate strong scheduling software use experience. You will also have excellent administration skills, a great telephone manner and strong attention to detail.
