Here at Core Atlantic Recruitment we have an exciting new opportunity. We are looking for a confident, hardworking Recruitment Resourcer to work within our M&E department based in High Wycombe.
The Successful candidate will be joining our very busy, rapidly growing recruitment agency. We will be looking to start this individual ASAP with full training provided.
As a Recruitment Resourcer your duties will involve:
* Answering telephone calls from candidates and clients looking for work/labour.
* Sourcing and dealing with candidates.
* Matching suitable candidate to clients needs
* CV formatting
* Arranging interviews
* Filling vacancies.
* Administration duties.
As a Recruitment Resourcer you will have:
* Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
* Proactive approach to work and learning
* Excellent organisation skills
* An eagerness to learn
* High levels of motivation

Salary 16k - 18k + commission immediately depending on experience.
