To contribute to the delivery of a comprehensive Human Resources service to client groups ensuring compliance with all relevant policies, practices and employment law.To support the development and implementation of HR strategy/vision
Provide advice and guidance to managers on employee related issues such as disciplinary, grievance, performance, capability & absence ensuring adherence to related policies.
Participating where appropriate in investigations/hearings.
Delivers solutions to all employee relation matters in a suitable time period for Business customers.
Carries out administration of the HR function in relation to their specific area of responsibility, ensuring that all internal rules / procedure, statutory legislation are adhered to.
Provide advice and guidance to managers on recruitment activity and participate in the selection process and candidate feedback were appropriate.
