TEAM LEADER URGENTLY REQUIRED FOR AN IMMEDIATE START*
Our client, a well-established provider of freight, secure, courier and logistics services are looking for a Team Leader on a Late shift to join their expanding team in Pucklechurch, BS16.
As Team Leader, your role is to manage the day to day running of the team on shift, whilst ensuring all aspects of the operation is completed in a customer focused, secure and cost effective way. You will act as a point of escalation for issues that arise during the shift, and work as part of the overall site management team.
Essential Criteria for this role:
- Previous experience in managing people
- Good Customer Service background
- Experience of working in a logistics/operations environment
- Proficient in Excel Word and Outlook
- Good Team builder
This is ongoing work, five days a week every week. This is a Temp to Perm opportunity for the right candidates.
Hours of Work:
Monday to Friday 1530pm until 0130am shift
Hourly Pay Rates:
GBP10.00ph
*On completion of T2P, salary is GBP23,400 per annum
