Paralegal - Residential Conveyancing
Our client is a firm of Solicitors with a regional Legal 500 with a number of offices
This role is for a Paralegal within the Residential Conveyancing team in the Wellingborough office
The firm are recruiting a full time Paralegal for a busy team. Its an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to develop his or her skills in this area of law - so there is a requirement for this person to have some experience in Res Con work already - probably about one year's experience
The ideal candidate will be forward thinking, dynamic with a modern approach to working in a busy and professional team
The role includes but is not limited to
Supporting the Team Leader and Senior Paralegal
Dealing with clients, estate agents and lenders - so good telephone manner is imperative
Utilising Case Managemetn software and if possible familiar with Conveyancing specific software
Creating and amending property related documentaton
Dealing with ordering routine property searches
Production of routine correspondence
Helping out other team members where possible
Diary management
Filing
Post Completion work
I must mention again that experience in Residential Conveyancing is a requirement of this role
The role is based in Wellingborough
