Fabric Technician
A leading building services contractor specialising in hard and soft services currently has a key requirement for a static fabric technician to maintain the building fabric on a commercial property based in Wembley on a contract basis.
As the successful fabric Technician you will be
* Will be working at a commercial site in Wembley
* Changing locks - basic carpentry
* Changing internal doors and fire doors - carpentry
* Repairing damaged internal walls - patch plastering
* Repairing brick work on steps - basic brick work
As the successful Fabric Technician you will need
* Experience in basic carpentry
* Experienced in carpentry to change locks hand doors etc
* Experienced in basic patch plastering and general building
* Will be paid between GBP17k - GBP20k
* Living in commuting distance to Wembley
