Inbound Marketing Executive - Do you have 1+ years' experience in an Inbound Marketing role? Or, are you a Digital Marketing graduate raring to show off your skills and get started?

We're doing something different and now we're ready to shout about it??? Which is where you step in as Inbound Marketing Executive! Your core focus will be to own and execute multi-channel customer acquisition initiatives - including email and LinkedIn InMail outreach - to generate leads genuine leads. You'll successfully diagnose the potential customer's key business needs (and pain!), where possible, to ensure high-quality interaction in their initial phone call with Simon, our Sales Director.

This is a new role for us so, your ideas will be listened to and we'll seek your advice about lead generation initiatives. You won't be alone, though! You'll report directly to our Head of Strategy & Content who will work closely with you to create an inbound strategy and help you continue to improve your skills, constantly learn, and work effectively in collaboration with our Content Team.

To succeed as Inbound Marketing Executive you will:

* Bring your curiosity-driven approach: You'll be curious about what we do, about why we do it, about tech, and about finding new sources of leads including target lists.
* Spread the word through all possible channels: You're just as at home drafting email campaigns as you are InMailing, pushing out messages on social media, and finding diverse platforms where you can spread the word.
* Have B2B experience: We're not that fussed about your background and, although we'd love it if you've executed a B2B inbound strategy for either a consultancy or a B2B tech business before, the one thing we can't survive without is your B2B experience :)
* Constantly analyse: You'll be fascinated by email click-through and open rates, website analytics and conversion rates. We're building a brand new website in-house over the next 6 months and you'll ensure we constantly test and measure our outbound strategy to ensure it works!
* Get creative: Whilst we have a brilliant writing team who will create case studies, white papers, and blog content to aid your lead generation, you'll be heavily involved in creating our strategy to decide what we should be writing about and when, as well as who we should send our content to! Ideally, as Inbound Marketing Executive, you'll understand the importance of SEO and, even if you haven't personally created an SEO strategy before, you'll understand its' importance.

You'll also work closely with our Content & Writing team to create social media strategies which drive traffic to our website - ideally, you'll want to get stuck in with our company social media too.

There's no cold calling (we all know cold calling is dead!), but you'll be happy picking up the phone when needed to qualify leads or answer questions and just love interacting with people! We want to start attending a lot more tech events and, when we move to our huge London Bridge office in January, host our own. You'll be full of ideas about how events could boost lead generation and referrals and be keen to get involved with both the planning and running of events.
