The Just Recruitment Group are currently recruiting for a Group Resources Executive to join their established clients team, who are leaders in their field.
You will be assisting in a wide range of duties including:
• Health & Safety, Recruitment, Employment, Company Vehicles, Premises, Maintenance, Stationery, Furniture, Office Design, Telecommunication, I.T.
Specific duties will include:
• Generating all Health & Safety Risk Assessments (Bi-annually).
• Dealing with all aspects of recruiting, from liaising with agencies, arranging interviews and giving feedback to candidates.
• Assisting with vehicle fleet management.
• Processing and managing of all stationery requirements.
• Dealing with any dart/penalty charges received at the Head Office.
• Assisting with sourcing furniture and equipment on line.
• Liaising with I.T providers.
• General Administration duties/reception duties.
• Assisting in branch refurbishments.
You will be a well organised, determined individual who has knowledge of I.T packages such as Windows 7, Excel and Word.
This is a full time, permanent position. Monday - Friday 8.30 - 6. You may also have to work the occasional Saturday. Due to the location of the role you must have your own transport.
