Chef De Partie - Award Winning Hotel & Restaurant - (Live In) - Role Responsibility
As Chef De Partie you will be passionate and ambitious about working with freshest seasonal ingredients and report to the Sous chef and Head Chef as well as being responsible for different sections across the kitchen.
* Be preparing and serving exceptional food from fresh ingredients- Michelin standard
* Have superb attention to detail
* Be a great team player
* Be ambitious and motivated to succeed

The Ideal Candidate:
* Experience working within a fresh food, high quality environment
* Rosette experience required
* High levels of personal motivation, keen to progress and develop
* Well-presented, articulate and enthusiastic
* Passionate about high-quality food and committed to great standards
* Understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures
