Future Lets is a wholly owned subsidiary of Coventry University Enterprises Ltd. We provide quality accommodation to the University of Coventry. Our accommodation is located within close proximity to the University and caters for over 4000 students. We strive to deliver unrivalled levels of customer service and first class student accommodation, creating a vibrant and inclusive environment for our students.
The Residence Life Manager is a new position and will focus on creating an exceptional student experience, through innovative initiatives and events that engage the student population. You will support our Residence Life Coordinators, to create an annual plan for student activities within the accommodation. Alongside this, you will recruit and train a team of Student Ambassadors to underpin the student engagement.
This role will lead on the development of our corporate and social responsibility strategy, working collaboratively with our partners and other internal and external services, in building positive partnerships that impact on our student's lives. You will have an overview of the student journey from the initial application, ensuring exceptional student experience throughout.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal part in the development of the University of Coventry's Residences Life programme.
Person Specification
The successful candidate will have demonstrable experience in leading innovation and change. You will be a strong communicator, with the ability to forge relationships with a variety of stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have previous experience within the student accommodation sector, either on a service provider level or within a university student union. A strong marketing or events background would be desirable.
