A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Lettings Manager to join my clients' well-established Independent Estate Agents in Leeds.
My client is seeking an experienced Lettings Manager who has experience coaching and developing staff and valuing properties/taking new properties onto the market.
Further key duties will include:
- Valuing Rental properties
- Coaching, developing and managing staff
- Sourcing properties to take on the market
- Sourcing properties to manage
- Generating business
- Canvassing for new opportunities
The suitable candidate will be confident, personable, outgoing and have great leadership skills.
In return, my client is offering a competitive basic salary of GBP22,000 - GBP25,000 depending on experience plus commission.
