Based in Burton on Trent we were established in 1990 by a team of qualified engineers providing project management, design and consultancy services and supplying skilled and semi-skilled blue and white collar engineers on both a temporary and permanent basis to companies within the UK and overseas.
Today we still specialise in providing skilled technical/engineering staff on both a shop floor and office basis to various locations around the UK. In addition our portfolio has now grown to include office based administration and senior level executives
In addition to recruitment we also provide additional services including outsourced payroll, engineering consultancy, design and commissioning.
Our main areas of supply include Power Generation/Petro-Chemical, Oil and Gas, Heavy Engineering, Manufacturing, Food, Brewery/Process, Aerospace and Rail although this is by no means exclusive and we deal with companies ranging in size from small manufacturing units to large Blue Chip organisations.
Due to expansion we are currently looking for a Sales Executive to join the team at our Burton on Trent office.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a rapidly expanding company and play an integral part in the company's growth and development over the coming years. In addition there will be a fantastic opportunity to progress within the company from Sales Executive to more senior roles
Full training for the role will be given and the work is both interesting and varied and includes most duties associated with that of a Sales Executive with the main ones including the following:-
• Identifying sales opportunities with both new and existing clients
•Cold calling new clients
• Managing existing client accounts to ensure they are looked after
• Attending sales meetings with both new and existing clients
• Assisting in the completion of client tenders and quotes
• Marketing the company by means of telephone call's, emails and social media
The successful candidate will have a strong educational background and be fully conversant with using MS Office especially Excel.
It is essential that they have some previous sales experience either face to face or telesales. They will also ideally have some experience of using databases/CMS systems together with experience of using a range of social media platforms. Applicants will ideally have previously worked as a Sales Executive within an engineering environment
The ability to communicate with people at all levels is essential
