Multi Trade Operative Joiner Carpenter required to carry out essential multi skilled repair works within Social Housing covering the North London area. This is a Permanent role with a salary of GBP30,966 including use of a company van.
As a member of the Maintenance Team you will be required to deliver a first class repairs and maintenance service to residential properties.
Duties include:
- Repairs & Maintenance, Carpentry & Joinery works
- Multi Trade Works - Making Good
- Read Construction Drawings
- Report to management
Essential:
- Level 2 Carpentry Qualification or Equivalent
- Multi Trade Skills
- Full UK Drivers Licence
- Local Authority or Social Housing Experience
- Good communication skills
