• Organize travels, visa documentation, accommodation.

• Manage on and off-site meetings (book facilities, communicate with Managers).

• Ensure all monthly reports are gathered, updated and formatted prior to delivery.

• Produce PowerPoint presentations and maintain & process expenses & mileage claims .

• Process incoming invoices.

• Excellent administration and organisational skills.
• High standards of work accuracy and an eye for detail.
• Experience or interest in a legal or patent environment.
• Self-motivated, customer focused, professionally committed and able to provide the highest standard of service in a fast-paced, technical, environment with conflicting demands.
• Proven and demonstrable track record in professional support role to senior leaders font.
