Are you an experienced Bar Manager?
My client is seeking a dynamic & experienced Bar Manager with strong customer service skills and a wealth of cocktail experience & knowledge. Leading our experienced and dedicated bar team, the role of Bar Manager requires: High levels of customer service with a personalised touch, Able to work on own and part of a team, Must have previous experience in Bar Management, Strong knowledge of cocktails and alcohols
You must have the ability to deliver exceptional; customer service, above and beyond the call of duty, to ensure that the guest experience is unforgettable.
Ideally you will have previous working experience within a hotel, bar or hospitality based environment. Training will be given and you will be encouraged to expand into other parts of the hotel in order to develop as a professional.
You must have a positive attitude, be polished, articulate, excellent communicator and approachable.
You will be able to deal with difficult situations in a professional manner, overcome objections and contribute to guest satisfaction.
