Business Development Manager / Sales Manager (Recruitment)

Location: Liverpool

WE ARE CURRENTLY LOOKING FOR AN EXPERIENCED BDM TO JOIN OUR EVER EXPANDING BUSINESS.

We offer an excellent pay package with uncapped bonus and NO THRESHOLD!!!

We would welcome applications from candidates with previous experience in Sales in Industrial Recruitment.

PROMAN in the UK is a part of PROMAN Group (1.6 Billion Sales in 2017). We are currently developing a UK network and this is creating new opportunities for talented individuals seeking positions of influence and responsibility.

Our salary is: basic up to GBP35K (this would depend on experience) + UNCAPPED BONUS (NO THRESHOLD) + COMPANY CAR and other benefits???

The Candidate - attributes we are looking for;

  • Proven experience in B2B environment

  • Previous Sales experience from Industrial Recruitment is essential

  • Applications from 360 Recruiters are also welcome

  • Ability to work with CRM systems

  • Willingness to develop sales opportunities from a range of sources from cold calling through to working in partnership with highly valued intermediaries

  • Experience of putting together major deal / tender propositions

  • Ability to build strong, sustainable relationships

  • High level of tenacity, drive and motivation to deliver impressive results

  • Smart in appearance, credible, professional and a confident communicator

The Role

  • Developing new business via self-made appointments across key pre-determined business sectors

  • Liaising with operational colleagues in order to gain awareness of issues or opportunities and to request support for delivering complex sales propositions

  • Working to and meeting annual targets that are reviewed on a regular basis

  • Conducting market research to develop your knowledge of the market

  • Taking part in networking opportunities, some of which may be out of hours to broaden your contact database

  • The completion of sales reports
