Waterbury is a small, family owned business based in Nechells, Birmingham and we need somebody who can fit in with the culture and values of a small, friendly business.  Our core business is delivering bathroom accessories to construction projects for both new build and refurbishment of hotels.  Waterbury have worked in this field for over 30 years and are considered one of the premier suppliers of our products to the industry.  We are preferred suppliers for many of the Hotel brands such as Hilton, Marriott, Devere etc.

The role will be based in our Nechells office working amongst a team of 6 Sales and Admin people.  Working in partnership with one of our Field Sales executives, you will be responsible for managing a pipeline of opportunities to generate new sales.  The role will involve all aspects of the Sales process including outbound telesales, following up projects, issuing quotes, dealing with incoming Sales enquiries, etc.  You will also be required to enter all data relating to Sales activities on our CRM database.

The right person for this role will have experience in a similar position, and will be flexible in their approach to all of the various Sales related tasks.

As well as the basic salary there is monthly commission paid on all Sales and the opportunity to join the annual bonus scheme.

Experience required:

  • Customer Service – 1 year (Preferred)
  • Sales – 2 years (Essential)
