Salary: Pro rata of £20,456 - £23,769
Contract Type: Full Time, 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year, Fixed Term until 11/10/2019

We are currently recruiting for a Workplace Coordinator to join our South Devon Marine Academy team on a fixed term basis. As part of this role you will facilitate and assess learning for students and apprentices enrolled on a range of Marine programmes, using both formal and informal assessment methods as appropriate. You will take a role in the recruitment of learners and employers, developing and maintaining positive working relationships with internal and external customers.
The successful candidate will hold relevant training and/or qualifications related to the subject area, in addition to assessor and verifier qualifications and evidence of continued professional development. You will have commercial experience in customer-focused environments and experience of apprenticeship programmes and processes. We are looking for someone who has good organisational skills, excellent time management skills and the ability to motivate others.
