Here at Coleg Cambria we are looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join our HR team based on our Deeside site.

You will be equipped with the skills to work in a varied role which requires you to partner with, coach and support our managers in your dedicated business area with a wide range of HR tasks and priorities including attendance management, case work, supporting recruitment and selection, induction and probation, contractual variations and exit interviews. You will be dedicated to providing a high level of service and keeping up to date with employment legislation and HR best practice.

This position will require you to work proactively with a high degree of autonomy, and flexibility within your role is essential. It is important to understand that you will also be required to provide additional support to business areas outside of their remit in the absence of fellow HR Advisors.

It will be your responsibility to contribute to and support the development and implementation of policies, processes and projects that support the college’s wider vision and promote a culture of equality, diversity and inclusion. 

You will also be comfortable working with data and will be able to use data and analytics to understand and identify opportunities for further improvement.

As well as your day to day responsibilities you will be committed to your own self-development and CPD you will demonstrate a commitment to continuously self-improving.

The ideal candidate will be CIPD Level 5 qualified as a minimum.

The ability to speak fluent Welsh is a highly desirable skill for this position.
