The ideal person must be hands on working closely with senior management and head chef ensuring the team proving exceptional service. Handling guest enquires and complaints in a relaxed friendly manner.

• Serving breakfast, lunch and dinner

• Understanding the menu

• Communicate with restaurant and kitchen team

• Settling the restaurant

The salary for this role is minimum wage with the possibility to progress.
