We are looking for a talented, passionate and dedicated pastry chef to join one of our clients luxury hotels based in Newquay. Our client’s hotel features two stunning restaurants one an award winning fine dining restaurant and the other offering a more relaxed dining experience. The views from both offer breath-taking views across the bay and out to the Atlantic Ocean.
The Hotel is looking for a skilled pastry chef with a strong 2 AA Rosette standard background whom is ready to take on a new challenge and keep up to the required level expected of them.
As the pastry chef for this excellent establishment you will:
- Have experience of working within a 2 AA Rosette standard environment
- Have a strong passion to create stunning and great tasting dishes
- Be flexible and able to work in a high pressure environment
- Experience in creating a wide variation of pastries and deserts.
