Home Manager - Care Home - Assisted Living
Absolute are operating as a Recruitment Agency for the supply of permanent opportunities.
A unique provider of housing for older people are looking for a Home Manager to join them on a permanent basis. The accommodation offers its tenants a secure environment, living in a shared home with communal areas, where you can arrange activities and the people in the home can socialise. You will be responsible in providing a 2 course home cooked meal daily and a light tea for the residents so cooking experience is essential for this post.
Key Responsibilities:
* To develop a homely, welcoming safe and well managed environment for residents to live in
* To ensure the continuity of a meal service that is nutritious, provides a good variety, is well planned and caters for any dietary needs.
* To supervise and manage house staff and volunteers
* Be responsible for the day to day operation of the house
House Manager Accommodation is negotiable for the successful candidate and full training will be provided. You will be contracted to 40 hours per week which will include working alternating weekends.
