Medical Staffing are looking for a talented, driven graduate to join their Milton Keynes based Acute Division as a Trainee Account Manager.
Medical Staffing Acute is a nursing recruitment agency providing skilled healthcare workers to a large base of NHS clients. The successful applicant will have the opportunity to work under one of the best Account Managers in the business, learning the industry, the skills and the knowledge required to build their own base of clients and start earning significant commission.
The role involves working with a variety of stakeholders and ultimately ensuring that all of their needs are met or at least that their expectations are managed. You, along with your line manager, would be responsible for:
* Building and maintaining relationships with our clients
* Ensuring that our pool of nurses are booked for the work that they want.
* Educating our consultants about where to focus their recruitment drives and answering their questions about the work we have available
This is a varied and fast paced role which is absolutely crucial to the business. All of our revenue passes through the Account Management team so the ability to multi task, be precise, communicate and build rapport are all essential.
The Career path available to the right graduate is extremely exciting and lucrative. Trainee Account Managers will move into a fully fledged account management role. The OTE (on target earnings) for a successful account manager can exceeed GBP50K/year.
As the account management team grows there is also opportunity to become a team leader and eventually run the entire account management function
