Our client is looking for a Legal Secretary to join their friendly and agile central Bristol based team on a permanent full time basis.

Description
The role of a Legal Secretary will include but will not be limited to:
- Using digital dictation to prepare correspondence and documents alongside proofreading speech recognition dictation
- Answering/making telephone calls
- Organising case files
- Preparing documentation bundles and use of e-bundling software
- Setting up of new files/archiving of files
- Keeping client contact information and data up to date
- Downloading and updating documents using clients external systems
Profile
The chosen Legal secretary will display the following skills and attributes:

An Excellent eye for detail
- A minimum of 5 GCSEs (including a grade C in English and Maths) or equivalent
- Previous experience as a legal secretary is preferred
- typing speed of 65wpm
- A secretarial NVQ / Diploma or equivalent is beneficial but not essential
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to work independently
