Henry Ford Academy is looking for a creative, enthusiastic and motivated Training Consultant with automotive experience to deliver their Product, Sales, Aftersales and some Management & Leadership Training. This role is responsible for the design, some development and delivery of key parts of the Henry Ford Academy curriculums, working with Product Experts, the Senior Training and Development Consultants and reporting to the Curriculum Manager to ensure that all learning interventions meet the requirements of the client and key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Supporting the Curriculum Managers in the design and delivery of learning interventions to achieve the strategic goals of the organisation, ensuring all training is aligned to industry standards (e.g. IMI).
Delivery of training interventions using various techniques, meeting delivery targets against business KPI's.
Design of training that utilises new creative techniques to push the boundaries of traditional training delivery.
Liaise with Curriculum Managers and Development Manager to provide a suite of up to date innovative courses.
Research, design and deliver all courses and programs in line with the Clients business requirements.
Knowledge and use of the latest training technologies which can be used to increase learner engagement and participation.
Ensure the latest thinking and best practice training techniques are used to ensure that client's expectations are exceeded.
Work with the client and "in-house" communications team to effectively communicate the benefits of each course or programme developed for the online prospectus.
Exceptional interpersonal skills which drive trust, motivation and credibility to both course delegates and cross departmental colleagues.
Work with the Curriculum Managers to prove to the Dealer Network that training translates into improved individual and business performance.
Work with the Learning and Technologies team to deliver blended learning solutions.
Ensure approval and verification processes are followed according to Awarding Bodies processes, quality and ISO.
Actively promote revenue opportunities to the leadership team.
Work in line with cross departmental processes.
Work with the scheduling specialist to ensure delivery runs smoothly.
Follow and understand in detail the quality processes.
