A superb opportunity to join this very well established and reputable multi branch independent Lettings and Estate Agency client, who have built up an impressive business in the Warwickshire area spanning over 175 years! They are looking for an energetic, motivated and experienced Sales Valuer who is looking for the next step up the career ladder.

The candidate will be responsible for the listings for Sales and occasional Lettings. The successful candidate will be a well presented, proactive individual who is a strong communicator and keen to enhance their already professional Estate Agency career. They are looking for an all-round Estate Agent who can value and sell properties. They are a traditional Estate Agency with a modern and forward thinking approach.

Skills required:

• Current Estate Agency Experience

• Valuation / Listing Experience

• Self motivated

• Energetic, money motivated!

• Excellent communication skills

• Dedicated to driving the business forward

• You must have a full UK driving licence and car
