JR Personnel are an employment agency acting on behalf of a client who is looking for a general administrator.

Role description:

General office admin:

  • Sending invoices
  • Emailing invoices
  • Sending out stock lists
  • Receiving telephone calls to check stock and prices
  • Ordering stationary


  • Typing labels for the warehouse
  • Ordering processing stationary for the warehouse (cartons, boxes, coverings etc)
  • Adding barcodes to the system

Candidate Profile:

  • Has excellent attention to detail and able to follow written instructions.
  • Can use their initiative
  • Previous admin experience
  • Generally good keyboard skills – word and outlook are used.  Excel not very often.
