Medical Recruitment Assistant
My client within the Public Sector is looking for an experienced Recruiter to join their team on an on-going temporary basis to start as soon as possible.
The role will be to provide a high quality Medical Recruitment Service to support the Trust's workforce and recruitment strategies. The candidate will be required to support the Trust in the reduction of medical vacancies and the reduction of reliance of agency staff.
" To ensure the provision of a comprehensive operational Medical Recruitment service, including providing complex advice and support to managers
" Provide a timely and proactive end to end recruitment process that may at times be complex including drafting and placing adverts, planning and participating in shortlisting, interviews, employment checks and issuing contracts.
" Provide day to day line management of the Medical Recruitment Team with appraisals, attendance management, performance management and training.
" Maintain recruitment pages for Medical staff
" Ensure recruitment policies and procedures are adhered to
" Provide detailed monthly statistics for performance management
" Produce accurate staff contracts and check relevant employment history
" Educated to degree level or equivalent experience with HR operations/recruitment function
" Excellent communication and relationship skills
" Excellent analytical skills and judgement skills
" High standard of written and verbal communication in line with legislation, policies and procedures
" Ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines
" Great leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
" Knowledge of HR best practice, e recruitment and selection ability
This is a full time Monday to Friday position with a pay scale between £10 - £14 depending on skills and experience.
