Grade 2 £17,391 - £19,056 per annum

16-21 hours per week (worked over 3 days)
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a motivated individual with administrative, organisational and customer service experience to join their busy Benefits Team.
You should have proven experience of working in a customer-facing, busy office environment and be able to demonstrate good administrative skills, the ability to multi-task and confidence in using IT packages.
Excellent communication skills are required as you will be dealing with members of the public both face to face and on the telephone.
You will need to be a self starter, with a positive approach to work, who wants to be part of a friendly and supportive team. The ability to undertake tasks quickly and accurately is very important, as is an eye for detail.
Closing date: Wednesday 12 December at midday
Interview date: TBC
