TITLE: Administrator – Customer facing.

Hours: 40 hours per week
JR Personnel are an employment agency acting on behalf of a client who is looking for an Administrator
- Be the main point of contact for all calls ensuring clients are well informed and assisted.
- Greet clients and visitors
- Receive and distribute deliveries and post.
- Organise couriers
- Ensure that all equipment, stationery and consumables, throughout the building, are well maintained, organised and stocked.
- Raise PO's on our project management system
- Provide administrative help
- Organise travel and any accommodation requirements
- Assist with the organisation of company events.
- Process expenses for Directors as needed
- Maintain the holiday calendar
- Assist with the health and safety requirements
- Willing to change direction very quickly
- Sense of humour
- Team player
- Calm under pressure
- Attention to detail
- Confident on the phone
- Good planner
