Lettings Negotiator

A position has become available with a leading and award winning independent agent based out of their branch in Harborne. This is a busy office and they deal with high volume lettings and due to this continued increase they are looking for an additional Lettings Negotiator to join their team.

They are looking for someone with Residential Sales or Lettings experience ideally with knowledge of the Harborne and surrounding areas.

Key Skills

??Excellent communication skills
??Ability to work under pressure within a fast paced environment with minimal supervision
??Accurate, numerate and computer literate
??A team player with excellent organisational skills
??Full UK driving license and car
??Exceptional customer service
??Well Presented

Working Hours

Monday - Friday 08:45 - 17:30
Every other Saturday
