Senior Accounting Technician (Finance 2)
Our client is currently seeking a Senior Accounting Technician to join their team on a temporary basis. This role presents a great opportunity for an experienced Senior Accounting Technician to join a team developing their skills upgrading their current ERP system to the Oracle Cloud in this busy role.
The Role: This will be a varied Senior Accounting Technician role, responsibilities will include but not be limited to;
- Completing and reviewing configuration documents
- Ensuring key systems reconciliations completed
- Carry out testing, logging outcomes and reporting issues
- Completing and processing journals
- Importing files and reconciling
- Setting users up on the systems
Candidate Specification: For this position we ae seeking applications from candidates with;
- AAT qualified as a minimum. CIPFA or other CCAB qualifications are desirable.
- Strong IT skills to include Excel
- Previous experience of Oracle would be desirable
- A team player with a flexible and proactive approach to work
- Great communication skills
