The Role:
G&J have a new innovative and exciting role we are searching for a Manufacturing Excellence Leader, you will have an ambitious drive and an entrepreneurial spirit in a role with an international focus. We are looking for an individual with drive and ambition to take us to the next level. We are a fast paced, growing company so we are looking for someone with the drive and hunger to make a difference and demonstrate they are a pioneering spirit.
As our Manufacturing Excellence Leader you will be required to:
- Improve the delivery for bottling performance and uptime improvement
- Drive the continuous improvement program throughout manufacturing capabilities by taking leadership of projects and equipment to enhance and reduce downtime
- Take ownersjhip for the continuous improvement program and application of the tools that support it, upskilling the workforce as necessary
- Reduce waste through the company's daily tasks
- Generate savings to the company, facilitate and execute improvements of 1st fixing across all manufacturing areas
- Drive the Lean principles to enhance overall manufacturing techniques
- Offer a premium service to our portfolio of customers
Skills and Experience you'll need as our Manufacturing Excellence Leader:
- Strong background in World Class Manufacturing/TPM/Lean principles, preferably with an engineering background
- Ability to communicate effectively across the board
- A strong positive individual who is proactive in deliverance and identifies opportunities
- Ability to influence effectively with strong communication skills
- Show you are a team player and a creative problem-solver
- Have a drive to make continuous improvements
